Our brief for the day was event photography across the full conference program. That meant covering:

The Pullman Melbourne on the Park is a well-appointed five-star conference venue, with flexible spaces that handle a room full of delegates comfortably. Good natural light in the pre-function areas and a clean stage set-up with the ARiSO and Informa branding gave us strong visual conditions to work with throughout the day.
What We Delivered
The standout requirement on this job was turnaround speed. Informa needed images they could actually use on the day — for social media posts, internal comms and real-time coverage of the event as it unfolded.
We delivered same-day photography, with edited shots turned around minutes after each speaker left the stage. That kind of quick delivery takes a clear workflow and the discipline to edit and export on the fly, without sacrificing image quality. The client had usable, polished conference photography in their hands while the conference was still running.
