Monash Health - Length of Service Awards

Turbo 360 photographed Monash Health's Length of Service Awards at Southern Golf Club, Melbourne, delivering 1000 edited images the same day.
When Monash Health gathered its people at the Southern Golf Club in Keysborough, south-east Melbourne, for its annual Length of Service Awards, Turbo 360 was there to capture every cheer, handshake and proud smile. It was a celebration of loyalty and care, and a genuine pleasure to photograph.
Monash Health is Victoria's largest public health service, delivering care across more than 40 locations in south-east Melbourne. The Length of Service Awards brought together more than 600 of its people to honour colleagues who have given between 10 and 60 years of service to their community.
What we covered
Turbo 360 provided awards photography for the full event. Our brief was simple but important: document the ceremony, the award presentations and all the warmth in the room, from the formal moments on stage to the candid laughter between colleagues.
- Award presentations and on-stage recognition
- Candid guest moments, mingling and reactions during the ceremony
- Milestone celebrations across the full span of service, from 10 to 60 years
With more than 600 people in the room, a single dedicated photographer worked the floor to catch the highlights as they happened, moving between the stage, the crowd and the celebratory backdrop.
What we delivered
We delivered 1000 images, edited and sent back to Monash Health on the same day. Same-day turnaround meant the excitement and celebration could be shared instantly, while the moment was still fresh, perfect for internal channels and keeping the energy of the day alive.
- 1000 edited images
- Same-day delivery for immediate sharing
- A full record of every milestone and candid moment
A room full of warmth
There were cheers, whistles, big smiles and applause throughout the ceremony. Our longest-serving honourees shared a few words and plenty of warmth with the crowd, and the pride in the room was impossible to miss. Monash Health's own description of its people as the blood and bones of the organisation summed up the feeling of the day.
What stood out most for our crew was how lovely everyone was. Our photographer kept messaging our production manager to say exactly that. It is the healthcare industry, after all, and the care these people give every day clearly extends to each other.
The Southern Golf Club's contemporary clubhouse and function rooms gave the evening a relaxed, celebratory setting, with its leafy surrounds a fitting backdrop for a milestone occasion.
Decades of care deserve to be celebrated, and shared the same day while the joy is still in the room.
