Turbo 360 returned for a fourth year as official photo and video provider at NoVacancy 2026, ICC Sydney, delivering same-day highlights, VoxPops and galleries.

The hotel and accommodation industry filled the halls of ICC Sydney for NoVacancy 2026, and Turbo 360 was on the floor as the official photo and video content provider. Held at the ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre in Darling Harbour, NoVacancy is the largest annual gathering for accommodation professionals across Australia and New Zealand, and it was our fourth consecutive year documenting it for the team at Terrapinn.

NoVacancy brings owners, operators, suppliers and industry leaders together under one roof to explore the technology, design and operational ideas reshaping the sector. The 2026 edition ran across two days at ICC Sydney, with hundreds of exhibitors, sector-specific summits, dozens of free education sessions and a packed program of expert speakers. It is a fast-moving, content-rich environment, exactly the kind of event that rewards a crew who knows the floor and knows the brief.

What we covered

Turbo 360 provided exhibition photography and video production across the event, with a crew of two working the exhibition halls, summit stages and networking spaces from open to close. Our brief was to capture the scale and energy of the show floor while also telling the smaller stories: the product demonstrations, the conversations at the stands and the moments of connection that make a trade show worth attending.

What we delivered

Speed was the priority, and our workflow was built around it. Edited images were delivered progressively throughout the day, so the organisers had a growing gallery of high-quality photos to share while the event was still live. That kind of same-day turnaround keeps the social channels active and the momentum building across both days.
