Yes — that is the point of rehearsal attendance. Every winner moment, sting and reveal is on a cue sheet before doors open, and our positions are pre-agreed with the venue and your producer. Nothing about the show night should be a surprise to the people photographing it.
Can you shoot both the gala and our daytime conference sessions?+
Comfortably. The room converts between formats, and plenty of clients run a conference by day and awards by night. One continuous crew covers both, which keeps the visual style consistent and saves you a second booking fee.
How do you handle the venue's LED lighting for photography?+
We expose for faces and let the colour washes do their work in the background, correcting skin tones in the edit rather than fighting the lighting design. If a moment absolutely must be neutral — major sponsor presentations, board photos — we coordinate a white-light cue with your AV operator.
Is there space for a headshot booth or media wall?+
Yes. The foyer takes a step-and-repeat wall and a lit headshot setup without crowding the entry flow. Executive headshots during conference breaks are one of the most-booked add-ons here, and images are retouched and delivered with the main gallery.
