Can you photograph on the field itself?+
Only with venue approval, which your event or hospitality manager arranges — the hybrid turf is managed carefully. When granted, pitch-level access produces the best imagery of the day: group shots with three tiers of seating rising behind, and portraits in the players' race.
How do you handle the shade-and-sunlight contrast in the bowl?+
Deliberately. The roofline covers most seats while the field sits in full sun, so we expose for the subject and let the background carry, or schedule bowl shots for even light late in the day. Twilight, when stadium lights lift and sky colour holds, is the money window.
What about media rules on NRL or Origin match days?+
Accredited positions and broadcast exclusion zones apply, and we work within them — we cover the corporate and sponsor program, not the match action itself. We coordinate with stadium media staff so your coverage never conflicts with rights holders.
Is there anywhere for headshots or interviews during a function?+
Yes — suite corridors and lounge spaces convert easily into a small lit setup, and we often run a headshot corner during pre-game hospitality. For video interviews, glass-fronted suites with the lit field behind make a distinctly Suncorp Stadium frame.
